An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated individual to work within Europe’s most exciting outlet village. You will be required to provide a flagship standard of service to customers, maintaining the outstanding reputation of the business.

Due to the high volume of clients from around the globe, applicants who are multi lingual or have qualifications or experience in tourism would be most desirable, along with applicants who have strong cultural awareness and the ability to adapt their own personal interaction with different guests.

The key responsibilities will be:
• Welcoming guests at varying locations within the destination.
• Continuously promote and advocate all functions, add on services and Brands through knowledgeable customer service.
• Take responsibility for resolving any customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, in line with company procedure.
• Communicating all procedures and policies where appropriate to ensure customers complete satisfaction at every opportunity.
• Anticipate the needs and requirements of guests while providing efficient solutions and information.
• Compilation of daily and weekly reports as required by Management.
• Ensure company CRM is completed correctly in line with company policy.
• Maintain knowledge of the current promotions/offers within the brands.
• Offer a wider service through offering to book restaurants, tours, experiences, and attractions.
• Compile daily and weekly reports.

Personal Attributes:
• Have proven experience working with the public within a luxury hospitality or tourism environment with solid understanding of the tourism, luxury retail or hospitality sector, and the necessity to provide a world class customer service.
• Show ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and use own initiative.
• Be flexible in working hours and available to work weekends and evenings as required.
• Ideally have experience of dealing with international guests or customers.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Be IT literate in all Microsoft packages.
• Language skills are desirable.

This position is offering from £25,000 per annum with working hours to be 5 days out of 7. Also providing fantastic benefits such as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, additional days provided for occasions such a as birthdays and moving house.
