Our client is looking for a personable individual to join their prestigious company providing outstanding levels of guest experience as Guest Relations Ambassador.
Representing the company within the hospitality sector you will be a key part in delivering the 5-star level of customer service required through promoting all the services available.
With a background in supporting guests, you will be organising bookings and hosting guests.
Responsibilities:
Organise guest itineraries, booking reservations and services as requested.
Promote client services, demonstrating full knowledge on those provided.
Update CRM and computerised records with correct information.
Inform guests of current exhibitions, marketing and promotions.
Support guests with queries via email, telephone and face to face, taking relevant guest feedback.
Correspond with guests via telephone, prior to their arrival.
Support the team with adhoc tasks to maintain excellent presentation.
Personal Attributes:
Hold previous experience in guest relations and luxury hospitality, retail or events.
Have good communication skills both written and verbal.
Be computer literate and able to confidently use all Microsoft Office suites including PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Show flexibility and adaptability in accommodating and meeting requirements of a diverse range of clients.
Display strong organisation skills with high levels of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Show developed knowledge of working in a luxury environment.
Being the face of the business, your presentation and appearance must be immaculate.
The ability to speak Arabic, Mandarin or Cantonese would be desirable but is not required.
This position will consist of 40 hours per week, including late shifts, weekends and bank holidays. Offering £28,600 per annum and excellent rewards, this position is a fantastic role.
