My client based in Bicester has an exciting opportunity to join their Operations Team in a Coordinators role.
Core responsibilities will include:
• Supporting day-to-day bookings, liaising with customer teams and freelancers.
• Establishing deep knowledge of our software.
• Managing timesheet information and enquiries including, but not limited to cross-referencing financials across all portals and ensuring accurate data entry.
• Managing the onboarding procedures and supporting all clients and freelancers.
• Supporting consultants with any day-to-day administration.
• Escalating any candidate or client issues to the Operations Manager.
• The role may involve occasional out of hours working to meet urgent client demands.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills and Experience:
• Knowledge of compliance.
• Knowledge of time-sheeting (TSP) and financial software (Xero).
• Support desk experience.
The role is hybrid with 2/3 office days a week.
Working Hour are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, however the role may involve occasional out of hours working to meet urgent client demands.
Salary £25,000 basic, with team commission available.
