Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their dedicated team.
This role will involve supporting a busy office in general administration and preparing quotations. Working Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 (37.5) hours per week. Offering a salary of £28,000 raising to £30,000 pa after a successful probationary period with 20 days holiday plus bank holidays plus the Christmas shut down. Due to the nature of the role, this is an office-based position.
Duties of the role:
• Create quotations and follow up where necessary
• Respond to customer enquiries
• Liaise with our team of engineers
• Use in house CRM system and maintain accurate records
• Order parts with suppliers
• Schedule remedial works with clients
• Answering telephone calls and directing them to the required person/department.
• Meet deadlines and follow up on open enquires.
• Respond to any queries and issues raised via email.
• Work to maintain customer relations
• Liaise and communicate with subcontractors
You must:
• Have previous experience in a customer service or administration environment
• Show excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be organised and efficient, with a strong attention to detail
• A high standard of IT proficiency with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Have experience working with others and supporting a team.
• Demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines.
• Be flexible in approach and adaptable to change
