Production Technician

A family run business based in Bicester are looking for a Production Technician to join their team.

Working in a ‘clean room environment’ you must be self-motivated to complete your tasks and work well within a team.
Hours of work will consist of 7 ½ hours per day between the hours of 10:00am- 18:00pm Monday to Friday.

Duties of the role:
• Follow instructions to manufacture supplies
• Correctly load and set cycles for machinery
• Set up required equipment.
• Pick product to fulfil orders.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment
• Complete quality control checks
• Assist with other duties including printing and lifting

You must:
• Be willing to learn new skills
• Work well within a team being flexible and responsible
• Have excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Demonstrate accuracy and a keen eye for detail
• Display good numeracy, and literacy skills
• Be able to lift heavy boxes

Previous experience working in a “clean” production environment is advantageous.

It must also be noted that due to working in the Clean Room environment no makeup, nail varnish or false nails, piercings or jewellry are permitted.
