Sales Advisor

A new position has become available in a luxury boutique providing outstanding customer service and products to a range of high calibre clients. Working as a Sales Advisor you will be an ambassador for the company, delivering expert knowledge and service while working towards targets.

Based in the world-renowned Bicester Village, this role will consist of 40 hours per week, Monday – Sunday. Offering £29,120 per annum plus bonus’.

Sales Advisor Responsibilities:
• Meet and greet all guests visiting the boutique.
• Provide a wealth of knowledge into available products, with exceptional customer service.
• Work to meet company and individual sales targets.
• Maintain strict security procedures and policies.
• Use varied clienteling skills to support the closure of sales and repeat custom.

Personal Attributes:
• Have strong customer service experience having worked in a similar luxury environment.
• Demonstrate a drive and passion for luxury items.
• Use initiative to problem solve.
• Be a team player, working well with your colleagues towards the common goal.
• Hold excellent communication, organisation skills.
• Show adaptability and flexibility.

Experience working with jewellery or accessories would be advantageous for this role but is not required.
