Sales Assistant

A fantastic opportunity for a passionate and professional individual to join a luxury brand within the world-renowned shopping destination of Bicester Village as a Sales Assistant. Working to provide exceptional levels of one on one service using brand knowledge to inspire customer purchase.

A full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, the company is offering £25,000 -£27,000 per annum.

Duties of the role:
• Exceptional communication at all levels, including with CEO/Founder and Heasd Office.
• Meet and greet all customers.
• Offer 1:1 service within the sales journey and after care.
• Aid customers in finding their desires and support with styling.
• Use a range of selling techniques to boost sales, promote brand and product.
• Provide suggestions for products based upon the knowledge gained.
• Restock and tidy the shop floor to ensure all products accessible and available.
• Operate the tills completing sales from start to finish.
• Create a portfolio of clients and maintain and engaging, interactive and communicative service and encourage repeat business.
