Our client based in Bicester and is looking for an experienced individual to join their team as a PA. Working full time hours Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm this position requires strong admin or secretarial skills and would also be suited to a confident individual, with good organisational skills. There may be opportunity to work hybrid with this role but you will also be required in the office.
Duties of the PA:
Working to tight deadlines, you must be confident to work alongside other teams and ensure that these are met.
· General administration and adhoc duties pertaining to client projects.
· Diary management for projects, meetings and other.
· Effective management of expenses and processing of invoices.
Personal Attributes:
· Previous PA/EA experience
· Computer literacy and confident in using Microsoft Office packages to include, Powerpoint, Excel, and Outlook.
· Forward thinking and confident communicator, confident at liaising with external partnership contacts and internal employees
· Good attention to detail.
· Good at project planning.
· Confident at general admin including travel arrangements.
· Organisational skills.
The role is temporary on going for months rather than weeks.
