Project Pipeline Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Intelligence Pipeline Analyst to join a growing organisation. This Project Intelligence Pipeline Analyst role will play a key part in identifying opportunities, analysing market intelligence, maintaining accurate project data and providing valuable insights to support commercial growth. The successful Project Analyst will work closely with multiple teams to help drive informed business decisions and maximise opportunities across the project.

This is a full-time role 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday, based in Bicester, Oxfordshire. Offering £35,000-£40,000 per annum dependent on experience. For the right candidate there may be room for negotiation on salary.

Duties:
• Research, identify and track projects and opportunities across the UK
• Build and maintain accurate pipelines through all stages of the project lifecycle
• Update and manage CRM records, ensuring data is complete and accurate
• Monitor industry sources, planning information and market intelligence for new opportunities
• Produce reports, dashboards and commercial analysis
• Support forecasting, budget planning and strategic business reviews
• Identify gaps, risks and opportunities
• Track key stakeholders involved in projects
• Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service and technical teams
• Analyse conversion rates, project trends and sales performance data

Experience:
• Previous experience in sales analysis, commercial analysis, project intelligence, CRM administration or a similar role
• Experience within manufacturing, engineering, building products, construction or a specification-led business would be desirable
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present meaningful insights
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools
• Excellent attention to detail and data management skills
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• Understanding of the UK project lifecycle would be an advantage
