We are looking for an organised individual to join a Bicester based company as an Administrator. Supporting the team you will be dealing with queries, providing updates to clients and liaising with suppliers.
Hours of work will consist of 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.
Duties of the Administrator:
• Check automated emails on arrival and upload necessary documentation to the system.
• Respond to client requests to include giving updates on status.
• Add information provided by suppliers to the system.
• Manage internal and external queries via email.
• Keep information up to date as requested by suppliers.
• Issue reports to clients on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Deal with client processes, sending documentation to suppliers, cross referencing portals, adding information to client files.
• Take and answer enquiries by phone.
• Handle supplier emails relating to payment updates, refunds and fees etc.
• Additional ad hoc administrative duties.
Personal Attributes:
• Must be able to confidently use Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience within administration and customer service.
• Manage high volumes of emails.
• Organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Willing to learn new systems.
You will be provided with full training on the bespoke system and online portals required within this position.
Offering £26,000 per annum and private healthcare and pension with holiday to increase with service, this is a great opportunity!
